8. Payments and Refund Policy

8.1 ACSIUS has a no-risk customer guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided by ACSIUS at any time you are entitled to cancel your service contract at any time. However, by accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to pay: Monthly fees up front for SEO services (SEO services include all Internet marketing-related services such as on-page, off-page, link building, social media marketing…) For other services such as translation, copywriting, web design, web development, a schedule will be defined with a certain amount to be paid at specific milestones. An initial portion of 50% may be required to initiate the work.

8.2 If you decide to cancel your service, service will be delivered until the end of the month and will be stopped the month thereafter for SEO or immediately interrupted for other services such as translation, copywriting, web design, web development. When payment of service is made in advance, we have a strict No Refund policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact ACSIUS.

8.3 As payment is expected up front, ACSIUS also reserves the right to cancel any service immediately and without notice in the event that you do not cover the monthly fees within 7 days following the bill.

8.4 NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY SERVICE THAT YOU CANCEL AFTER RENEWAL HAS TAKEN PLACE. SERVICES WILL BE CONTINUED UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH YOU PAID FOR.

8.5 Website Designing is the part of our services offered. We have different plans and packages for website designing with cost and service details. We offer what we say in our package. If you get a customized package, we clear your doubts and ensure you will get the said services.

8.6 If you need extra services or add-ons in your website during designing, editing, or re-designing, it will cost extra charges or additional cost in our package.

8.7 NO REFUND WILL BE DONE/MADE IN CASE THE WEBSITE DESIGNING PART IS DONE AND YOU REQUIRE ANY EXTRA SERVICE. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE COST OF THE EXTRA SERVICES.

9. Limitation of Liability

If you do not agree with our Terms & Conditions or if you are not satisfied with our website or any of our services, your sole remedy is to discontinue using our website and services.
